Our Story 

 After more than two decades in the technology industry, specialising in process and data management software, Gary Chitan founded TOCH Consulting to integrate these complementary disciplines. Today we combine process mining technology with hands-on consulting to help organisations see how their operations really run and improve them with confidence.

We are deliberately senior and hands-on. The people you meet at the start are the people who do the work.
